Lactation Rights for Post-Partum Parents
New York State Labor Law Section 206-c gives all employees in New York the right to express breast milk in the workplace. Molloy has identified several rooms on campus to serve as a lactation room when employees are using the room to express breast milk. For further information, please refer to the Lactation Policy.
Lactation Room Reservation
